A: Please check the voltage at home. In rural areas or some old urban communities, this low voltage condition often occurs. The solution is to add a household voltage regulator for voltage stabilization. Please don't think that if the TV refrigerator works properly, your home voltage is fine!

A: The most majority case is caused by air leakage from the humidification bottle that has not been tightened. Please tighten the humidification bottle.

A: If the machine with the nebulization function：The alarm is normal during the nebulization process, and it will disappear when the oxygen inhalation is completed. then oxygen inhalation starts.

B: The machine with a rotary flow meter：Check the flow rate, if it exceeds the rated flow rate, an alarm will appear. For example, if the flow rate of the AE-5 oxygen concentrator exceeds 5 liters, a concentration alarm will appear. Turn down the flow rate and the alarm will disappear.

C: Please check the voltage, especially in old residential areas, in rural areas or some cities. If the voltage of the power supply network is too low, a concentration alarm will appear.
